City of Lloydminster starts public consultation phase of Facilities Master Plan

The City of Lloydminster has begun work on their Facilities Master Plan.

Throughout the month of July, City Hall will be looking for public input on the current and future needs in the city for the next 25 years.

The city will be hosting a public meeting at the Civic Centre on Tuesday, July 7 at 7 PM, and will also launch a survey on their website which will be available until the end of the month.

“Community input will be vital as we set priorities for the next 25 years,” said Terry Burton, Director of Planning and Engineering. “Our goal is to provide world-class facilities that are meeting the needs of our residents both now and into the future.”

Members of local advisory boards or community organizations who wish to be involved in the study may contact Peter McHugh, General Manager, Facilities at 780-871-8335.
