City Asking Residents To Submit Reports on Uninsurable Damages

The City is asking residents who suffered uninsurable damage as a result of the floods last week to submit a report (including clean-up, repair and replacement) on the City’s website.

The City says the reports will help their application for provincial disaster recovery funding. You can submit them online or print them off and bring them to City Hall by Friday, July 7 at 5 p.m.

There is no guarantee the program will be awarded, or that individual funds will be awarded and it is not considered a claim. The city advises residents to keep records of the damages with photos and receipts but to proceed with the clean up and repair process.

If you have any questions you are asked to contact Anne Danielson, the Coordinator of Emergency Management at 780-875-6184 Ext. 2903, or by email at [email protected].
