Husky Pleads Guilty To OHS Violation, Fined $100,000

Husky Oil has plead guilty to one occupational health and safety violation and was fined $100,000 in Lloydminster Provincial Court.

The charge comes from an incident on August 24, 2015 when a worker was injured after being hit by a truck at the Husky Oil Lloydminster sand disposal facility.

One additional charge was withdrawn in court.
