The Battleford’s RCMP is investigating a reported sexual assault on the 1900 block of 101st Street.
Police say Wednesday evening, a female reports being followed by a man while walking. The suspect allegedly body checked the woman with his shoulder and then slapped/grabbed her butt. RCMP say the man laughed and then walked away. The victim was not injured.
The suspect is described as a First Nations man, around 14-15 years old. He was wearing a hoodie, white shoes, diamond earrings and a flat brim hat with a grey and/or white brim. He was seen earlier in the area of the 1900 block of 104th Street with three other men. These men reportedly left in an older maroon coloured truck with noticeable rust and a cab in the back which had wave patterns on the side. Police say these men were yelling at the victim as they drove away but otherwise did not interact with her.
