The Cold Lake RCMP is asking for the public’s help finding 26 year old Kelvin Cardinal Jr. from the Elizabeth Metis Settlement.
Cardinal was last seen running into the woods at Township Road 583 and Highway 897 heading in a northeasterly direction.
He is described as Aboriginal, 5’8″ tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Cardinal is believed to have been wearing a long sleeve shirt or a light jacket, sweat pants and sneakers.
