Battlefords RCMP have arrested one person after a domestic violence incident on December 25th.
Police responded to the domestic violence complaint at a home on the 800 block of 109th St in North Battleford. The people inside the residence did not sustain any serious injuries and a 30 year old man was taken into custody. He is now facing three charges including assault, forcible confinement and uttering threats.
The accused made his first appearance in North Battleford Provincial Court Thursday morning.
