The City of Lloydminster is set to begin mailing property assessments Friday, February 16th.
Both residential and commercial/industrial properties will receive the assessment packages, which are based on the market value of the property as of July 1st, 2017. Residents are urged to review the information and make sure it is up to date and all information is correct.
Anyone who does not receive the assessment notice by March 5th is asked to contact the city by e-mail or by calling the City. The deadline for assessment complaints is April 24th, 2018.
