North Battleford RCMP have arrested a 32-year-old man for drunk driving.
On Saturday afternoon, police stopped a car on the Moosomin First Nation. The officer suspected that the driver was under the influence, but the man refused to provide a breath sample, and attempted to flee.
He was taken into custody, and his charges include Impaired Driving, Resisting Arrest, Refusing to Provide a Breath Sample, and Flight From Police.
