Lloydminster City Hall has contracted out the 2015 Community Facility Master Plan to WSP Canada Ltd.
The project will look at land divided into three categories – protective services, educational requirements, and recreational. After studying these three areas, a plan will be produced identifying capital requirements for city facilities for the next 20 years, allowing the city to prioritize capital investments.
The project is set to start in May, and will last 18 months.
