Battlefords RCMP to hold town hall meetings

Battlefords RCMP are inviting the public to several Town Hall meeting to discuss public safety.

RCMP said the meeting is an “opportunity for our Detachment to engage directly with the public around local policing priorities and public safety.”

They add that “building relationships with those is a key part of what we do.”

The first meeting is on June 5 at 7 p.m. in the Alex Dillabough Centre, the following day a meeting will be held at the Denholm Community Hall at 7 p.m and the last meeting is on June 7 at the Meota Community Centre.

The RCMP are wanting to hear residents ideas and concerns, as well as answering any questions.
