Lloydminster man sentenced to ten years in prison

Brandon Stucka has been sentenced to ten years in prison after crashing into a vehicle in Saskatchewan killing three Edmonton Women.

According to Global News, Police were involved in a chase with Stucka in September after he stole a truck from a Wilton, Sask. business. He was also wanted at the time for possession of property from a crime.

The chase ended after a half hour when he crashed the stolen flat-deck truck into a minivan on Highway 16 just east of Lloydminster. Three women died in the crash and the fourth was seriously injured. Stucka was sentenced Friday after pleading guilty in May to three counts of criminal negligence causing death and one count causing injury.

With time served, Stucka has another eight years and 10 months to serve on his prison sentence.
