Lloydminster students place second in WorkSafe Saskatchewan video contest

Two Lloydminster High School students have placed second in WorkSafe Saskatchewan’s Youth Video contest.

Tori Baynton and Sarah Thorpe of Lloydminster Comprehensive High School won the distinction with their video Preoccupied, meant to raise awareness about workplace health and safety.

Two students from Foam Lake won first place with their video, Giving a Second Thought, and students from Kindersley placed third with If it Feels Wrong, Just Ask.

Baynton and Thorpe have won $700 through the contest, while the Comp will receive $1,000.
