The 19-year old accused in an amber alert in North Battleford will be back in court in October. Jonathan Ryann Gunville was in court for the second time Tuesday to have his case adjourned once again.
Gunville is accused of abducting a six-year-old after stealing a vehicle from a strip mall in North Battleford. He is facing charges related to that incident, as well as two vehicle thefts on September 19 and 20.
He appeared in court for the first time on Monday to have his case quickly adjourned to the following day. Gunville is currently in custody and will be back in court on October 9th in North Battleford via video surveillance.
