Search For Missing Prince Albert Woman Ends In Tragedy

On June 19th at approximately 6:25 pm RCMP searchers found the body of 22-year-old Danielle Nyland in a wooded area east of Shellbrook.
Nyland was first  reported missing by her family on June 10th, after attending a social gathering in the east Flats area of Prince Albert in the early hours of June 8th. She was then seen in the Shellbrook area on June 8th at approximately 7:30 am.
Danielle’s cell phone was located by home owners at the end of the driveway at their residence approximately 9.5 kilometers east of Shellbrook, and reported to police, who found her body about 500 metres south of where her cell phone was located.
An autopsy has been scheduled for today, and the investigation is ongoing.
