The city of Lloydminster is getting ready to start its 2015 Water and Sewer Main Replacement Program.
The project is scheduled to start on Tuesday, August 4, and will replace water, sanitary, and storm mains along 50 Street between 48 and 49 Avenue, and on 48A Avenue north of 50 Street.
The city says that any affected businesses and residents will be notified of work in their area. Motorists are also advised that temporary barricades, detours and reduced traffic lanes will be in effect during the construction
The project is expected to be finished before the end of construction season.
