With the Lloydminster Bobcats final month of regular season games around the corner, the organization is looking to give back to the fans for their support. Fan Appreciation Month will begin February 13, 2019, with discounted tickets at the door and price a reduction on the concession.

GM and Head Coach Nigel Dube believe the fans deserve to go recognized after continuous support through all the changes this season.

“It’s big to us to give back to our fans that have stayed loyal to us through the thick and thin of it and it’s just a little way we could give back.”

Within three months of being with the organization, Dube has taken notice to the commitment the community has towards hockey.

“Our fans are so involved in the game and so involved at the rink that it is just so fun to show up as a coach and I think it’s the same for the players too.”

Adult tickets will be sold for $10.00 at the door, Senior tickets will only cost $8.00, while any student can purchase a ticket at the door for $5.00 starting February 13, 2019. All hot food will be discounted by one dollar, as well as all beer and coolers in the bar.

Appreciation month will kick off with the Bobcats taking on the Grande Prairie Storm next Wednesday at 7:30 at the Civic Centre.
