Johanna Green leaving MS Society’s Lloydminster office

Johanna Green, regional director of the MS Society’s Lakeland region, is leaving Lloydminster.

Green has served with Lloydminster’s office of the MS Society for 10 years, but has accepted a higher position with the organization at their Edmonton office. She says she has enjoyed her time in the Border City.

“My time with the MS Society here in Lloydminster has been a gift, and really a true honour to have the priviledge of working so closely with a group of people that, in all honesty inspire me every day,” Green said. “Though MS is a disease that can take away people’s physical strength, they have given me strength in terms of their commitment and courage in the face of this disease, so I really leave feeling as though I’ve been given a great gift.”

Green also says that she will miss living in Lloydminster, but looks forward to continuing to work with the office through her new position in Edmonton.
