The city says some facility phone lines are out or restricted due to technical issues. The outage affects phone numbers for the Servus Sports Centre, Lloydminster Cultural & Science Centre, Operations Centre and Public Safety department.
Phone services at Lloydminster Golf and Curling Centre’s Pro Shop (306-825-5494) and Bioclean Aquatic Centre (780-875-4497) are available to residents on a restricted basis. Residents are asked to contact the appropriate facility through social media, visit the facility or send an email ([email protected]) until further notice.
City Hall’s general phone line (780-875-6184) is restricted but remains available for residents. The online portal, Virtual City Hall, is also unavailable until further notice. Cashiers at City Hall and Operations Centre can process payments via cash, cheque, debit or credit in-person. The city says staff members are currently working to resolve the issues and updates will be shared.
