UPDATE: Lloydminster RCMP says Leanna Montruil has been found in good health.

RCMP is asking for the publics help finding missing Leanna Montruil. Police says Montruil was last seen on Tuesday at the Lloydminster Regional Hospital and are concerned for her well-being.
The 16-year-old is described as 5’4″, 161 Ibs with blonde hair and blue eyes. RCMP says Montruil may be in Maidstone or Bonnyville as she has ties in both areas.
