A man is dead after a car crash east of Lloydminster.
In the afternoon of Friday, September 25, Maidstone RCMP were called to the scene of an accident at the intersection of highway 684 and highway 303, 20 km north of Waseca, and 40 km east of Lloydminster, where a westbound car on highway 303 crossed the centre line and collided head-on with an eastbound SUV. The man driving the car was pronounced dead on the scene, while the woman driving the SUV and her baby were not injured. They were taken to the Lloydminster hospital as a precaution.
The RCMP continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
