RCMP are searching for a man who may be connected to an armed robbery in Elk Point. As a precaution, Police say three schools went into hold and secure procedures until it was determined the suspect was not in the area.
Mounties say they responded to the call around noon on September 12th after a disguised man with a mace and a knife entered the Elk Point RV Motel. The man allegedly ran away with an unknown amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a caucasian male, standing 6’0, wearing blue jean and blue sweater.
