Killam RCMP have responded to a fatal accident.
In the morning of Tuesday, October 6, the police reported to the site of a small red vehicle with obvious damage on Highway 13, east of Range Road 130. Upon arrival, the police saw that the car had nobody in it, but they found a 59-year old man dead in the ditch beside it.
Investigators have determined that the vehicle was travelling eastbound before driving on the south shoulder, losing control and crossing the centre line when it entered the north ditch and rolled, ejecting the driver.
The name of the man has not been released.
