UPDATE: The closure has been extended to 6 p.m. on October 4. The eastbound lane will stay closed but the westbound lane is expected to reopen in the morning.

The city is closing a part of 52 Street for the next three days for some water infrastructure installation.
On October 1, 52 Street from 49 Avenue to 50 Avenue will be closed. Rusway Construction Ltd. will be installing a water main standpipe for a business in the area.
People are reminded to be careful of workers in the construction area. Work is expected to finish by 6 p.m. on October 3, weather permitting.
