One day to go before the border city comes alive with rock shows, races and derby’s, all for Colonial Days. A parade kicks off the event Wednesday morning, followed by a carnival at the exhibition grounds and chuckwagon races for people to enjoy throughout the four days of the event. Darrell Hanley, Chairman of Fair Entertainment tell Goat News, he expects another successful event this year. And Hanley says people come drive from hours away to take part in the festival. Monster Truck is the headlining band Wednesday night, followed by Down with Webster Thursday Night, High Valley Band Friday and Platinum Blonde closes out the event Saturday night before the fireworks show.
