The Waste Management Facility is open to the public after a fire closed the facility this morning.
The city of North Battleford Fire Department was called to the facility to extinguish a fire at 8 a.m. on October 21. The WMF was closed to the public and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment was notified.
Nine firefighters spent four hours getting the fire under control. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is unknown.
