RCMP seeking two people wanted for fraud and falsified identification

Unity RCMP are seeking two people involved in an attempt to use forged government cheques.

RCMP have issued arrest warrants on Allan Eugene Opikokew of Dillon, Saskatchewan and Candace Kelly Gerard of Saskatoon.

The two entered a bank on October 4th and attempted to defraud the institution by using forged Government of Canada cheques. Both of them used fake IDs when asked to confirm their identities.

Biggar RCMP found them later that day but was released after presenting fake IDs.

Opikokew, 36, and Gerard, 33, are wanted for attempted fraud, knowingly using a forged document and obstruction of a police officer. 

Unity RCMP are asking anyone with information on their whereabouts to contact their local RCMP at 310-7267 or anonymously through Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
