An investigation after the attempted break into an ATM has led Turtleford RCMP to charge a 39-year-old man.
Mounties say the investigation began on November 3rd after an alarm went off at a business in Edam. No one was in the business during the attempted theft.
Nathan Orchison faces three charges including mischief over $5,000. The man appeared in cour ton November 5th in St. Walburg.
After his first appearance, Orchison was released on several conditions. His next court appearance is set for December 3rd in St. Walburg.
