Cold Lake RCMP have laid charges against a man for a string of indecent acts.
The RCMP say that during the past two months, they have been investigating reports received between May 19 and September 5 of a man exposing himself in local businesses and masturbating. The police say that luckily, they believe no children were present at the time of any of the incidents, but that the potential for children witnessing the acts existed.
36-year-old Cold Lake man Richard Butt has been charged with 5 counts of committing an indecent act, and 5 counts of mischief. He will appear in court November 25.
