RCMP seeks suspect in North Battleford armed robbery

Battlefords RCMP is searching for a suspect in an armed robbery that took place on Saturday in North Battleford.

Police say they responded to the robbery on the 1700 block of 100th Street where a man had held up an employee at gunpoint before running away. He was last seen running westbound across 100th Street towards 99th Street and further west.

The suspect is described as being tall, thin, wearing a black short-sleeved jacket and a grey hoodie underneath, as well as black jeans and black shoes.

Battlefords RCMP is requesting anyone with video surveillance to check their systems between the hours of 12:30 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. to see if they may have captured this suspect on camera.
