The Saskatchewan Health Authority is giving out guidelines on donations that will keep both Lloydminster residents and front-line workers safe.
The SHA says donations from suppliers, industry associations, companies, small businesses and organized donation drives are welcome as long as they fall under the following guidelines. Donations of masks, non-latex gloves and disposable gowns will be accepted if they are in sealed unopened boxes. They will not accept sewn masks and gowns or supplies that come in opened boxes or individual supplies.
Donations will not be accepted if dropped off directly to any SHA facility. Anyone interested in donating must first contact SHA to set up a time and place to drop-off the donations. No drop-off sites will be made at this time.
