Lloydminster Bobcats announce two trades

The Lloydminster Bobcats have announced two trades.

The team has traded 18-year-old forward Josh Giacomin to the Calgary Canucks for 19-year-old defenceman Greydon Robinson and 19-year-old forward Zach McNeill.

McNeill and 18-year-old defenceman Brendan Kallis were then moved to the Nipawin Hawks of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League for 20-year-old forward Kris Spriggs.

In 24 games this year, Robinson registered 1 goal and 7 assists for 8 points with the Canucks. Robinson spent last season with the Kelowna Warriors of the British Columbia Hockey League, putting up 10 points in 24 games.

With the Hawks, Spriggs has posted 14 goals and 11 assists, for 25 points in 23 games. Over his entire career in Nipawin, Spriggs has scored 103 points in 125 games.

The two moves come on the heels of a move made earlier this month, when the team traded 19-year-old forward Taylor Lotoski to Nipawin for 19-year-old defenceman Stefan Wood.
