Battlefords RCMP have a teen boy in custody after receiving a call about a gunshot.
In the morning of Thursday, December 3, a home in the 1000 block of 110 Street in North Battleford was hit by at least one round from a gun. A few hours later, the police arrested a 16-year-old, found with a .22 calibre rifle, during the search of a 6 block area near 10 Avenue and 110 Street. Police have since discovered that the gun was reported stolen from a home near North Battleford earlier this week.
Charges are pending.
