Saskatchewan RCMP have seized cocaine after a traffic stop.
On May 20th around 9 a.m. a vehicle was stopped on Highway 16 near Maidstone by Saskatchewan RCMP Traffic Services for a broken windshield. The officer made several observations that led them to believe there were drugs in the car.
After a search, around a kilogram of cocaine was allegedly found. The driver was arrested and has been charged.
A 47-year-old from Beaumont, Dale Frederick Slywka, is facing one count of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.

Slywka has been released and is set to appear August 25, 2020, at 10 a.m. in Lloydminster Provincial Court.
