Alberta is reporting 105 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours with 17 new cases in the Central zone.
According to Alberta Health data, another positive case has been reported in the MD of Wainwright which now has a total of three active cases as of July 16th.
There is one more active case in the County of Two Hills for a total of four active cases. There were no changes to the COVID-19 case numbers in the County of Vermilion River. There is one active case and six recoveries in the county.
Flagstaff County is now at three active cases and the County of Minburn is at two active cases and one recovery. There are four active cases and five recoveries in Beaver County.
The Central zone has 92 active cases with 18 people in hospital and three of those in intensive care. There have been 94 recoveries in the zone.
The provincial total of active cases now sits at 859. There has been a total of 9,219 cases across the province and 8,193 Albertans have recovered from the virus.
