Another case of COVID-19 has been reported in the MD of Wainwright, bringing the total to 13 active cases and two recoveries in the area.
According to Alberta Health, the County of Minburn remains at one active case and three recoveries as of July 28th. The County of Two Hills is also unchanged at two active cases and seven recoveries.
Provincially, 133 new active cases were reported as well as three deaths. Over the last 24 hours, Alberta Health Services completed just under 9,000 tests.
There are 175 active cases in the Central zone with 19 people in hospital and five in intensive care. There are 181 cases considered to be recovered in the zone.
