UPDATE: Cut Knife RCMP say Leksi Jimmy has been found safe by Edmonton Police Services on August 20th.
Cut Knife RCMP is calling for the public’s help after investigations to find 11-year-old Leksi Jimmy have not been successful.
Jimmy is an Indigenous girl, 5’4″, medium build with longer than collar length brown hair. She was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, a black and white flannel hoodie, blue sweat pants and black NIKE slide-style shoes.
Mounties say there has been nothing to indicate that Jimmy has come to harm, but police want to ensure her safety due to her age. She was last seen on August 5th in Poundmaker Cree Nation.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Cut Knife RCMP or Crime Stoppers to remain anonymous.
