The Lloydminster Public School Division has confirmed another COVID-19 case in a student at ES Laird Middle School, but say there was not a risk of infectiousness in this case.
The Division was made aware by the Saskatchewan Health Authority that on December 10th, a student who was already self-isolating had tested positive for COVID-19. As this student was already at home, the LPSD says it could not be passed on to other students or staff.
They add that no operational changes are needed either, but they are making the information public for the sake of transparency.
