Two Lloydminster residents arrested for series of break and enters

Lloydminster RCMP have arrested two people for a series of break and enters.

Last week, RCMP attended a residence in the 4800 block of 47 avenue and executed a search warrant where they recovered numerous items that had been stolen around the city.

The investigation utilized many of the assets in the Lloydminster detachment including the newly formed General Investigation Support Team (GIST) and Crime Reduction Unit (CRU), along with the General Investigation Section (GIS), the Forensic Identification Section (FIS), and the Police Dog Service (PDS) who all assisted the General Duty officers with this investigation.

Constable Grant Kirzinger says the successful conclusion of the investigation was the result of great policing and teamwork, and that “[the Detachment] is very pleased this investigation was able to provide [them] the information… needed to solve many other crimes that were already under investigation.”

26-year-olds, Tyson Lumley, and Rochelle Wagner of Lloydminster face 23 charges, including Mischief, Possession of a controlled substance, Possession of property obtained by crime, Stealing a package sent by post, Traffic property obtained by crime, Break and enter; and Placing a false 911 call.
