The Battlefords RCMP is investigating a shooting incident that happened on Highway 4 this weekend, which resulted in someone being hurt.
The RCMP says on July 10th, in the early morning hours, two vehicles were travelling southbound on Highway 4, 20 kilometres south of Battleford. People inside the suspect car, a dark coloured Audi, began shooting at the other car.
One of the passengers inside the target vehicle was shot, resulting in non-life-threatening injuries to his lower body. He has since been taken to Saskatoon for treatment.
Any suspects, along with the dark-colour Audi being driven, have still not been found. The investigation is ongoing, the RCMP says.
