The LloydMall is temporarily closed to the public after water, at least ankle high was found on Monday morning.
Marketing Coordinator Shannon McEwan in a statement on behalf of General Manager Kim Richer said they suspect a water line burst overnight and caused damage to several areas of the Mall.
McEwan said there are presently two restoration companies on scene leading the clean up with some 20 staff working to diminish the damage.
The flooding has forced officials to close the Mall to the public until further notice.
