A North Battleford man has been charged following a break, enter, and theft.
The theft occurred in the early morning of Sunday, February 28th at a business in North Battleford on Railway Avenue.
On Wednesday, March 2nd, 53-year-old, Federick Derkach was arrested on an unrelated offence, and since charged with break, enter, & commission of theft over $5,000 from a business; possession of break-in instruments; and disguise with intent to commit an offence.
Derkach will appear in North Battleford Provincial court Monday, April 4th.
