Cut Knife RCMP seeks wanted suspect

Cut Knife RCMP have issued a warrant for the arrest of Trent Angus (DOB:1989-02-23) of Edmonton following a firearms complaint on Little Pine First Nation.

On November 28th around 9:30 a.m, police were called to investigate after shots were reportedly fired at a home. Police report a bullet struck a parked vehicle. There were no injuries reported, however police say a man fled in a vehicle, heading in a southwesterly direction.

Following further investigations, Trent Angus has been charged with suspected discharge of a firearm, pointing a firearm, possession of a firearm – knowing unauthorized and failure to comply with release order.

Angus has black hair and brown eyes. He is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds.

He has ties to the North Battleford and Lloydminster areas, as well as Edmonton, Cold Lake and Wainwright.

Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, do not approach him. Immediately contact your local police service. Information can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 1‐800‐222‐TIPS (8477).
