Cold Lake RCMP have made a drug bust.
On Friday, February 26th, Police executed a search warrant at a residence in the city of Cold Lake and seized a quantity of cocaine as well as Canadian currency.
50-year-old, Gregory Paul Abbott, of Cold Lake, was arrested and faces charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
Abbott has been released on a recognizance to attend Cold Lake Provincial Court on Wednesday, March 23rd at 10:00 a.m.
Police ask that anyone who has information regarding the drug trade, or any other crimes, in the Cold Lake area, report it to Cold Lake RCMP at 594-3302 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
