Update: Saskatchewan RCMP say Sarah Jackson has been located safe. Sask RCMP release plea video from Sarah Jackson’s mom

Update: Saskatchewan RCMP say Sarah Jackson has been located safe and her father Michael Gordon Jackson is in custody.

The search for seven year old Sarah Jackson continues and Saskatchewan RCMP have released a video of the child’s mother pleading for information about her daughter.

Police believe that the girl whom they describe as being Filipino/Caucasian,  is with her father, Michael Gordon Jackson. There is a Canada-wide warrant for Michael’s arrest. He is charged with alleged abduction in contravention of a custody or parenting order. Authorities say that Sarah’s mom has full custody of her.

The video shows Sarah’s mother Mariecar appealing for her daughter’s return and can be found on the Saskatchewan RCMP YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hj0LX3yjuiw. The RCMP say in the video that Sarah has not been seen by her mother since November last year and they are asking for the public’s help.

They say that anyone that maybe helping Michael Gordon Jackson is aiding in a criminal offence and could face similar charges.
