Its billed as the first annual, Heart of Treaty 6 Reconciliation Interschool Powwow to be held in Lloydminster.
Thursday will witness the gathering at the east side of Lakeland College from 10 a.m to 2 p.m.
The day opens with a Grand Entry, then Kindergarten to Grade 6 students will perform in the morning and Grades 7-12 will get their turn in the afternoon.
HOT6 organizers are preparing to host several area schools as well as Lloydminster schools for a day of drumming, singing, and dancing.

Due to the size of the location, the audience space is limited but the event will have some Facebook live posts on HOT6 social media.
