The Vermilion Fire Department is holding a gun raffle. The raffle is a fundraiser for Vermilion Fire and Rescue to buy new equipment. There are four prizes available – two 12-gauge shotguns, an accessory pack, and a semi-automatic with a built-in laser scope.
The date of the draw is September 1st. Tickets are $20, and can be bought at many businesses in Vermilion, as well as Prophet River and Magnum Gun in Lloydminster. To win, the ticket holder must be at least 18 years old and have a permit.
