Apple surveys Saskatchewan

Surveyors for Apple Maps will be on the move in Saskatchewan including Lloydminster in the coming weeks.

The tech company is leading an upgrade of its overall services and its “look around” features as it maps out the Canadian landscape.

Overall 18 communities including the Border City are on the scan list which reads Assiniboia, Battleford, Estevan, Kindersley, La Ronge, Maple Creek, Melfort, Melville, Moose Jaw, North Battleford, Prince Albert, Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current, Weyburn, Wynyard
and Yorkton.

Apple says residents may submit a request that a face, license plate or house be censored if it appears in the survey by emailing: [email protected]

The mapping period is slated to fold on September 30th.
