Teen dies in dirt bike collision

The 14-year-old male driver of a dirt bike has been pronounced dead on the scene following a collision with a side by side, say Kitscoty RCMP. 

On Tuesday May 30, at about 8:10 p.m., Kitscoty RCMP state they were called to Range Road 21, north of Township Road 503 A. 

Preliminary investigations, according to police reveal that the side by side was north bound on Range Road 21 and the dirt bike was south bound, when they collided at a turn in the road. 

Officials are expressing their thoughts and prayers to the family and friends of the deceased. 

They add that the investigation is ongoing, however no further information will be released.
