People with cottages in the Jackfish and Murray Lakes areas are urged to make sure their buildings and vehicles are secured.
Battlefords RCMP have received numerous complaints with regards to outbuildings, cabins, and vehicles being gone broken into in these areas.
As it continues to get warmer, the amount of activity at the lakes will increase and owners are reminded to ensure property and vehicles are locked always locked when not in use.
People are asked to report all suspicious activity in these areas to the Battlefords RCMP.
