The City of Lloydminster has put out a notice alerting the public to a road closure in the downtown.
The section of road affected is the intersection of 50 Avenue and 47 Street, which is being shut down due to the ongoing roadwork being done along 47 Street for the Water and Sewer Main Replacement Program. The closure will run from this morning until 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
47 Street is also currently closed from 50 Ave to 52 Avenue, and the project will eventually reach the intersection of 47 Street and 53 Avenue before ending.
